App usage analytics

Meya comes with some basic usage analytics that is available in the Meya Console for each app.

Account usage analytics

The usage analytics for an account is available under your Account > Usage page. This page will show your total Monthly Active Users (MAU) across all your apps.

Advanced analytics

As a bot developer it's often important to track key events across your work flows, for example missed NLU intents, tracking user ratings, or building funnels. These types of metrics are usually very specific to your particular implementation and thus Meya does not provide an opinionated approach to advanced analytics, but rather allows you the flexibility to integrate with a 3rd party system such as Segment or even your own internal system.

You can create custom analytics integrations to track anything that happens in your app using Python and BFML.
