Greeting Text

You can set a greeting for new conversations (160 char limit). You can set greetings for different locales. Personalize the greeting with {{user_first_name}}, {{user_last_name}} and {{user_full_name}}

Edit your bot greeting text by navigating to Bot > Integrations > Messenger.

Locales

You can create greetings that are customized automatically to your user's locale. If the locale does not match any of the persistent menus, the default persistent menu will be shown.
