Disabled Accounts

What to do if your account is disabled.

A disabled account can mean one of two things:

  1. You were on a free trial that expired. If this is the case, and you wish to keep using the platform, please contact our sales team using the chatbot in the bottom right corner on this page.

  2. There was a problem with your billing information (e.g. declined payment, absent billing details) and your account was disabled after a grace period. If this is the case, your bots and integrations will be disabled as well. Any collaborators associated with the account will also not be able to access it until the billing information is in order.
