Fixed IP addresses

By default, Meya's IP address is rotated. One implication of this is that it's not possible to whitelist Meya's IP in your firewall rules.

By request, Meya can manually attach a fixed Elastic IP to your bot. To do this you will need to provide us your bot's ID. Your bot ID can be found by navigating to the bot's dashboard within your Meya account.

The bot ID follows the form Bxxxxxxxx. It will be visible in the URL, as shown in the image above.

The fixed IP is 18.204.183.182.
